Product Description

Specifically designed for PEU (Power Electronic Unit) in new energy vehicles, its core purpose is to enable high-voltage power transmission and control signal interaction between the PEU and core components such as the power battery pack, drive motor, OBC (On-Board Charger), and DC-DC converter. It is suitable for integrated PEU installation scenarios (power compartment/chassis integration area). The wiring harness adopts a PEU-specific interface design, low-impedance high-voltage conductors, and a multi-layer protection structure. Combined with automotive-grade high-voltage sealed terminals and a complete set of installation accessories, it possesses characteristics such as high voltage resistance, strong insulation, electromagnetic interference resistance, and vibration resistance. It can withstand complex operating conditions such as high PEU operating temperatures, vehicle vibration, and chassis oil contamination, making it a key connection component ensuring efficient PEU conversion and stable power output.
